Return & Exchange Policy
Shipping for all products are normally done within 5-7 business days. With our current local logistic partners, we aim to provide all of our customers with trustworthy services to ensure that their products reach your door safely.

Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate of $100 for purchases below $1000 in total. These already include packaging and insurance fees and GST. This will ensure their condition. Until they reach your doorstep, we treat your products like our products, and will do everything we can to ensure your utmost satisfaction.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within a week from the date you receive it. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after a week of delivery.

A Customer Service Specialist will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization for you to write on the pre-printed address label at the bottom of the Returns form included with your boxed order.
Please note the following:

All returns must be made with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.

Installed products with cut wires or loose crystal will be subject to a $50 fee.

Sales of clearance items are final.

Free return shipping is available for all products except for those collected by store pickup.
