  • Can I order online and collect from a store?
    Yes! Please choose the 'store pickup' option for in-store collection of items. When your order has arrived at the store, you will receive an email confirmation that it is ready for pickup. Please wait for the pickup confirmation email before going to the store location.
  • Do you charge delivery fees?
    We charge delivery fee at a flat rate of $100 for purchases below $1000. Purchases above this amount are subject to free shipping.
  • Do you accept international orders?
    As of now, we are only accepting local orders. Our team is currently working to develop our system in order to effectively accept international orders in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Can I return items?
    Yes. Returning and refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions specified on the specific product purchased. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
  • What is your return policy?
    If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within a week from the date you receive it. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after a week of delivery. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please first call us. Customers can reach us at 1234 5678. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization for you to write on the pre-printed address label at the bottom of the Returns form included with your boxed order. Please note the following: All returns must be made with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials. Installed products with cut wires or loose crystal will be subject to a $50 fee. Sales of clearance items are final. Free return shipping is available for all products except for those collected by store pickup.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Returned purchases will be fully refunded. For payments through NETS, please allow up to 1-3 business days for the payment to be relflected in your account. For payments through Visa and MasterCard, please allow up to 4-7 business days.
  • What other payment options are available?
    We currently offer Visa, Mastercard and NETS payment methods for online purchases. Cash is only accepted for in-store or store pickup purchases.
